Naturalization with Separated Status

Hello there,
I am in the process of applying for my British Citizenship, but first I wish to get some issues clarified beforehand . Here is the firs one

I am a holder of ILR since 2012, ever since been living continiously in the
UK, but I got an issue on the way to apply for my British Citizenship, I am
seperated from my British wife for few years now, can I apply on the basis
of my presence in the UK for 5 years or more? and if so should I still
have to put down my wife's details on the page that says partner's details
or just tick the seperated box without mentioning any of my wife's
details?

Can you enlighten me on this please ?

This is not an issue for your application - you apply on the basis of your residency.
As you are being asked you should still select the option for "separated" and provide any details requested.

My other question is about Referees. Can I just get one referee from my work as I work for a company , I've been working there since 2016, so would that be accepted ? I am an Algerian National , so I got two referees who are both British and are both happy to act as a referee, so one is a work colleague and and the other is a friend?

Colleagues, friends and acquaintances are acceptable as long as they are suitable as per UKVI guidance:

5.1 One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing, such as
a minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body such as an accountant or
solicitor (who is not representing you with this application). The other referee must normally be the
holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over the age of 25.
and
• they are not a relative, solicitor or agent of the applicant
• they are not employed by the Home Office
• they have not been convicted of an imprisonable offence (unless that conviction can be
disregarded in line with the table shown in section 9 of Booklet AN)
• they have known the applicant personally for more than 3 years
• they are willing to give full details of their knowledge of the applicant
• they will advise the Home Office of any reason why the applicant should not be naturalised

Yes I read that list of professionals but I wasn't sure whether my work colleague would match any of those shown on the list. to narrow it down my colleague is Help Desk Co-ordinator and I am a supervisor, would her position qualify her to be my referee?

A helpdesk coordinator cannot be a professional referee.

You only need one professional referee of any nationality, who is on the HO list.

The other referee can be anyone who is over 25 and British.

Legally separated is through a Court process. If you have not done a formal legal separation process through court, then you are simply still married.

Or shall I prove that I am separated?

If the options in the form is only 'Married' or 'Legally Separated' and not just 'separated', then you have to tick married.

Simply complete the information you have.

It will take longer for the legally separated document to be processed and issued by court due to the COVID-19 situation. Shall I just tick the Legally Separated box without the document ??

If the court process is not finalised then select "married" - there is no requirement to produce documents relating to this.

In 2017 I had 2 speeeding tickets and had been paid straightway , also had a couple of parking fines which also had been paid straightway, since I must declare them, does that mean to just mention dates ? or Should I also have provided documents ? if yes, how can I get these documents to prove I have paid for them all?

Just mention the fines - no need to provide paperwork - they will have no impact on the application.
