Hi,
I am an EU citizen applying online for UK citizenship. I lived in UK for over 9 years. My settlement request was approved an year ago and I fulfill all the requirements (LIUK and English Language test)
I have a few questions, it would be great if you could help out with.
1. exact dates:
I don't have the exact dates of when I have traveled outside of the UK, but within Europe (therefore I don;t have any stamps in my passport). I also don't have the exact start and leave date for some of my previous employment. Is this going to be an issue? if yes, how do I obtain this information?
2. employer details
I had a few jobs where I worked via an agency - they have been changed around a few times and now it's difficult to get hold of their past information. Can I put down the name of the company that I worked for, or does it have to be the agency? If it has to be the agencies, how do I obtain this information?
3. documents for application
During the 2020 pandemic and lockdown I will be struggling to print, scan and sign documents, or acquire ID photos (I think this is required under the referee section) and BRT - are there any temporary alternative options to do this?
4. driving offence
I have not been disqualified or fined for overdue tax or insurance, however I did get stopped and was issued a speeding ticket. Also, I had few parking tickets in the past few years. Is this something I need to add in the application? The way the question is worded, I'm not sure if speeding counts as a minor offence.
Many thanks!
