Home office returned documents missing BRP

I applied for fee waiver in march which was rejected so I submitted a FLR FP application for which BRP is a mandatory document to submit but I recieved my documents back from home office yesterday and my BRP was supposed to be returned with those documents but my BRP wasn't there. What shall I do? I tried to contact on phone no. given in the letter but it's all recorded messages so it didn't work.

Normally you get 2 letters:

- One letter with all the documents back

- One letter with only the BRP

That happens after a decision on FLR FP is made. I need my old BRP to take to FLR FP appointment which hasn't been returned by home office after fee waiver application.

You must have sent them the prepaid recorded delivery envelope. For biometrics appointment you may take the copy of your BRP with royal mail receipt which the staff may accept.
