Hello Mr Mehtasushdmehta wrote:Make an effort to search the forum. Answers to your queries are already available.

While people might be able to tell you who Integra contacts (people you name on the application form or provide contact details of on the Inegra form) and how (email / phone) but I don't think anyone will be able to explain the behind-the-scene procedures that Ingera follows.saurabh_gyl wrote:I want to know that whether they send the Integra Authorisation form to bank or not.
you got it correctsushdmehta wrote: I understand where you are coming from / reason for this query and I think you'll avoid a lot of headache and stress if you to visit your bank and change your signatures (in the bank) to the one you have on your passport (and the integra form).
If you decide to follow the suggestion, don't ask if this (changing signatures) will have a problem.![]()

Don't think Integra would start on your case as soon as that (Monday / Tuesday next week) and by then your bank would have effected the change (go check with bank on Monday and if they haven't done it by then tell the manager that you'll buy a coin if he gets it done ASAPsaurabh_gyl wrote: I have applied for the signature change on saturday. I have an appointment with VFS tomorrow. But when i contacted the bank today, they said that signature change will take 3-10 days. So I was just wonderring if I can go ahead, otherwise i'll again need to thru all the pain of getting the new bank statements(u wont believe but i have to visit the ICICI branch at least 4 times to get the correct statements, and once manager told me to buy a gold coin saying"u help me, i'll help u"). But I guess its better to go thru tht pain than to risk 51K.
thanks Mr. Mehtasushdmehta wrote:Don't think Integra would start on your case as soon as that (Monday / Tuesday next week) and by then your bank would have effected the change (go check with bank on Monday and if they haven't done it by then tell the manager that you'll buy a coin if he gets it done ASAP).
The 7 day condition is applicable for maintenance funds accounts only.
[post modified, I removed one idiotic questionsaurabh_gyl wrote:But i guess i'll not take chances and postpone the appointment for thursday or friday this week.
No problem(as long as the Bank is sameSo any issues if get the bank statement for funds from a different branch than the one from which i have taken the statement for my salary acc statement. None of these branches wud be by base branches.
Mention contact details of all four branches . This would involve only copy pasting contact details from their website in your cover letter.and if no issues what contact details about bank i should mention.
Thanks for response.CoolestGuyC wrote: Mention contact details of all four branches . This would involve only copy pasting contact details from their website in your cover letter.
It just took 3 woking days to get signature changed, though bank officials told me tht it takes 7-8 working days.deepinder7090 wrote:i have also the same problem which you are facing . did you got your signature changed and how and in how many days
just go to your bank branch, they'll tell you the procedure...it is normally pretty much straight forward.deepinder7090 wrote:what are the formalities i have to do to get it changed
You have put a good point here. It is a normal corporate policy to keep salaries confidential.maheshrvce wrote:Today I came to know integra had called my HR last week. The hR person provided all details except my salary which tehy told its confidential. Should I do something now to make sure this doesnt create problem? Experienced ppl pls advise
saurabh_gyl wrote: But which branch I need to mention in the Appendix 1 section 4.11
And also the bank's website does not give the phone numbers of the branches, just their addresses.
yes they can do so.rishi_nv wrote:Hi all,
Will the integra people reveal to the company HR, the purpose of verification ??
did you provide direct contact number/extn/email of any particular HR personal or did you gave the general/reception contact number of your company.asthra wrote:Integra verification abt my employment - E-Mail+Call to HR and a call to me at my office desk. Not sure abt the details asked from HR.
Is it really necessary to mention the contact details of the branches where i hold my account, it'll make the cover letter messy and any one can get confuse. Moreover getting contact numbers for the branches in which I hold account is not that easy as they are in other cities. and the info is not available either on website or with the customer care.CoolestGuyC wrote:No problem(as long as the Bank is sameSo any issues if get the bank statement for funds from a different branch than the one from which i have taken the statement for my salary acc statement.
