hi. im going to apply ilr but i have a fixed panelty also known conditional offer .100 pound fine and two year in system 2016 to 2018 . i have declared this in my last 2018 extension HO grant me extension no issue .now im going to apply ilr do i need to declared it again as its not in system anymore and its not a conviction.IS IT ANY EFFECT ON ILR ? anybody help me on it thankyou.
how yo attache file . i can attach photo of court letter anybody tell me how to attach ?

i had fiscal fine in 2016 . minor punch and disturbance 100 pounds fine and 2 years in system.. now i am going to apply set lr anybody help do i need to declared.

I think there should be no adverse affect since the 24 months have been lapsed.
(1C) where the person is seeking indefinite leave to enter or remain:
(iv) they have, within the 24 months prior to the date on which the application is decided, been convicted of or admitted an offence for which they have received a non-custodial sentence or other out of court disposal that is recorded on their criminal record

received CONDITIONAL FINE OFFER FROM PROCURTOR FISCAL SCOTLAND 36 MONTHS AGO.
BUT IM VERY confused what to do in application form yes or no

hello .guys.
i have lost my old passport period 2011 to 2015
i done police report.
anybody help me how can i cover this period and wat documents i need . please help thankyou
i have a scan copy of lost passport and also have visa sticker copy .
i only travel on that passport once in 2012 i found that ticket as well .
can you please assist me is that ok or do i need to find any other documents thankyou for your help and support .specially thanks to zimba

hi . i asked one of solicitor he saying i need to provide each year proof ?
i have lost my first expire passport. what documents we need to prove 10yrs long legal residence in the uk when i apply for set (lr) ??
i have marriage certificate in 2011 and driving test theory booking 2012
driving test booking 2013 .
from July 2013 to June 2015 HO hold my passport because complex pending application .

Have u ever stayed in uk beyond end of ur period leave ? what should i answer yes or no.
what can i answer to this question ?
i been refused one of my application with right of appeal within 14 days but i applied another successful application with 14 days. can any body help me what should I answer ?
but when i applied in within 14 days i dont have any leave that time .

That is if you had overstayed. But since you were successful within the right time frame it will be NO and those days will be disregarded.
