Can we include Adult and Kids under 18 in same application for Citizenship.

Hi All
I need to apply for My Wife and 2 Kids 13 and 9 British Citizenship as its been now more than 1 year after their ILR as it was due in 5th April but due to lock down not apply.

I have filled online form for my wife and add 2 Kids as well in same form, is it ok?

Also 5 years back 2015 on 16th July my family went out of UK and back on 5th Sep same year, so if I apply tomorrow 14th July, but bio metric done later in july or August due to deadlock, does that 5 years back need to be in UK Criteria will be fulfilled.

Please need your urgent advices.

It's the date of application that is the key date, i.e. when you submit & pay online. The biometrics appointment is not relevant for this.
As the form allowed you to add your kids that appears to be ok.

There are delays, so don't expect an appointment any time soon. UKCVAS is working through the backlog of all applications since lockdown and they are working on the date order that people applied. Currently April/May applicants are being offered appointments.

What we need to show the Parental Responsibility as father and mother for both Kids as its asking below in the check list.

Proof of Mrs aaa xxx's parental responsibility for Ms BBB xxx.
Proof of Mr yyyy xxx's parental responsibility for Ms BBB xxx.
