Hi All,
My daughter is currently in india and am planning to bring her back to uk after the flights continue to operate. I have question around the passport and ILR Validity requirements as these both are expiring in Dec 2020. Could you please let me know if she is allowed to travel to UK in Aug / Sep considering the fact that her passport / ilr will not be valid for 6 months.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Regards,
Nagesh.

These will be valid until its last day of expiry and UK has no such restriction as long as these are valid on the day of entering.

OP asking about getting daughter back into UK before her current leave and passport expires which was replied to NOT about validity on date of application.
