Tier 2 visa switch travel query - Dependant

Hi,

My husband currently holds Tier 2 General visa and is in UK. And I have Tier 2 General Dependant visa and in India. My husband is switching his sponsorer from company A to B. Company B now has to run RLMT for a month and after that they can apply for the RCos . I am intending to travel to UK on September 12. By then either company B would have applied for new / updated RCoS or my husband would have already received the new RCoS. In either case the RCoS with respect to company A would have got cancelled. But, I currently hold the BRP with respect to company A ( which will not be valid because the related RCoS will be cancelled or will be in the process of cancellation). Even then since the end date on BRP is still valid ie February,2023 and my husband is switching his visa within UK, can I still use this BRP to travel to UK or is it not possible and I have to wait in India untill I get the new BRP with the updated RCoS from company B.

You are dependent on your spouse NOT the tier 2 sponsor. Your spouse changing sponsor does NOT affect your visa.

There is NO change to your visa simply because your spouse changes sponsor. See link below.

No you won't. You only get a new BRP card when you apply for and are approved a visa.

Only your spouse is applying, only your spouse will get a BRP card.
