Tier 2 visa - applying from outside UK

Hi

What is the standard time it takes to hear about the decision on Tier-2 visa for main applicant when applying from outside UK?

Does anyone know time it is taking or might take for Tier-2 visa processing in July 2020 ?

There are obviously delays for everyone, within the UK and from abroad.
