email from WorkSponsered and W&S Contingency Casework document return

Hi,

I received two emails, one from WorkSponsored@homeoffice.gov.uk and another from WandSContingencyCaseworkDocumentReturn@homeoffice.gov.uk which seem suspicious. I was wondering if anyone has replied to these emails with the documents they have requested/ or were these emails spam?

Many have received them, they are UKVI and genuine.
