Yes. It probably won't help much with this visa application as I doubt they would retroactively add your name to bills, but you will have to do this again for the next application so it would be worth getting started on making sure you have the necessary documents for the future.
Don't know. I'm not sure if anyone would look at it that closely to see if it is different or not. It may cause some suspicion why it would be different from the rest of your documentation but if you have an explanation, I don't see how it would be in contravention of the requirements.
You probably won't need to provide any cohabitation evidence during above dates because only last 2 years from the date of application matters.
No unless printed on letterhead.
Any correspondence lacking the addressee name isn't considered for any purposes. Another evidence can be joint named deposit protection certificate (you might not have noticed about it).Shambolic wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 1:11 amThanks Seagul,
Your very helpful. So can please get help with one more thing.
The only other correspondence I have on the rental flat is letters from work which show both my addresses. Rental in brackets as (For Correspondence).
Do you think I can use these?
Also, when we moved in, The Electricity bills came through as the 'Current Occupier' and were all paid for using our joint account. Can I include these also?
i'm sort of running out of options and may just explain it to them in writing and state the facts in the cover letter and mention that I have 2 addresses, Hence why my bank accounts haven't been changed but live at the flat. It's not just me, even the Applicants bank accounts, NHS, DVLA all at the main address.
My Evidence is looking like this: or am I going overboard or if you think I should omit anything from below.
May 18: (Joint) Council Tax - Source 1
Jul 18: (Sponsor) Work Letter to confirm Correspondence Address Added. Source 2
Jul 18: (Applicant) Sky Welcome Letter. Source 3
Sep 18: (Applicant) Water Bill - Source 4.
Oct 18: (Current Occupier) Electricity Bill - Paid using our Joint Account - Source 5.
Dec 18: (Sponsor) Work Letter confirming Salary Increase. Both Addresses. Source 2

I Simply don't have anything else to my name on this address. Like an idiot, I left everything at my other house.
Thanks for the advice, I understand the importance of changing everything to the 1 address for future applications.
Appreciated as always,
Thanks
Sham,
Yes
Yes it will be accepted as anyone can have two addresses (correspondence & residence) but the address on which other partner is living too must be shown on the evidence reliant on.
Means that if your evidence has both addresses A & B then your partner must be living at either address A or B. Your partner doesn't need both addresses rather only where she is living.Shambolic wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 11:18 pmThanks Seagul,
Sorry to keep picking your brain.
I didn't understand your second comment. So I can use the company letters addressed to both addresses.
"but the address on which other partner is living too must be shown on the evidence reliant on"
Are you saying my partner needs to also have documents with both addresses?
See this threadShambolic wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 12:51 pmHi Seagul,
I hope your well.
I have submitted my application and all gone well.
Just a random query.
I am uploading the documents and it has sections. (Not Submitted yet)
Mandatory for
Identity, Travel & Application. Got this!
However then there is Other: For everything else which has multiple options. So far I have uploaded just to 'Other' but Do i need to put the documents into each category below? Its confusing.
UPLOADED 30 FILES
- Other
- Residence in the UK
- Finances
- Proof of Business
- Life Events
- Medical Information
- Sponsors / Employment
[/list]
- Educational
Thank You Pal!
