mistake in application-ILR

Post by Murali78 » Mon Aug 03, 2020 5:41 pm

Dear All

Recently I have got my ILR which was applied through tier-2 route.

Now currently applying ILR for all my dependents (my wife and two kids). accordingly I filled the application, submitted and also fees paid. while checking the application I noticed, I have entered my wife details in place of mine (sponsor) in the section of " The person you are joining or accompanying" (in this section, I presume I should provide my details in the section of "The details of person you are joining or accompanying" who is sponsoring all the dependent.

as I have already paid fees and not booked the appointment yet for Biometric, I am allowed to cancel the application. if I cancel this application would it effect the final decision once I re-submit again?

or is there any way I can provide proper information before Biometric?

your urgent reply is appreciated.

thanks

Clarify the mistake in the cover letter. Provide your details (sponsor) as required by the form. Upload the cover letter with the documents. You should be okay.

Thank you very much for clarification,

One more clarification needed, The application I filled for dependent ILR is Set (0) as they all were tier-2 dependent visa and completing 5yrs this month.
As I (Sponsor) have received my ILR status, does the dependent application required to be set (M) or Set (0)

thanks in advance for clarification

It is only SET O for a PBS dependent.

Set M is for a completely different visa category applying for ilr.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
