Hello all,
I have a question regarding the 6 year limit on Tier 2 General Visa.
I was holder for Tier 2 Visa for 3 Years from 2014-2017.
I switched from Tier 2 to Tier 4 Visa for one year 2017-2018. (Cooling-off)
I switched again from Tier 4 to Tier 2 in 2018.
Will I be able to extend my Tier 2 for 3 more years in order to apply for ILR?
I am worried that this might not be possible because it will mean that I will be staying 8 years on Tier 2 in total. Or does the cooling off period (2017-2018) mean the first 3 years are not counted?
I really appreciate your help with this.
Best regards,
Osama
