Citizenship ceremony Canceled due to Covid19

Dear Memeber,

I have applied for my Citizenship and got the approval letter on 24 of Feb,i was traveling on the 14th of March that why didn't book the ceremony, i call the council they said once you back you can book, i was stuck back home for about 3 months because of covid19 managed to come back to UK on 21 june call the council agin they said all the ceremony are canceled but you can book in 6 months time now my six months is completing on the 24th of Aug, what shall i do? shall i call the home office for more extension? or just to relax and wait to see what the council say, i called few time to the local council they said we don't have any updates from home office once we have any update we will let you know. please need your valuable advise.
