T2 Change of employer-one week less visa

Hi all
i have applied recently for changing employer on T2G. This is now granted. But it was 1 week less time than the previous one.
the previous visa was until 29/09/2021 which is 6 years as i have entry clearance from 29/09/2015. But the current one is one week less (7 days less) than 6 years?
my cos was until 28/09/2021.

Should I request them about it? or as it is just one week doesn't matter?

UKVCAS asked me to book an appointment as i am not elibible in their second round of screeening for Biometric resue (IDV email time). So i book an apoitement for biometric this week on monday.

They will give visa based on your CoS work end date + 2 weeks. I don’t think you wait for 6 years anyway.

Could you please let us know when did you submit your application and when did you get response from the UKVCAS. That helps lot of people.

Any reason you cannot look at the in country timeline topic before asking for duplicate information to be posted again??

2. If switching, category changing (switching) from - Changing Employer
3. Date of expiry of current leave - 29/09/2021
4. Number of dependents applying at the same time - 0
5. Date application submitted online: 05/05/2020
6. Date application received at UKBA - 05/05/2020
7. Date payment debited -05/05/2020
8. Payment mode - Online
9. Acknowledgment letter received - 05/05/2020
10. Biometric letter received - NA (Initially recieved an email that i am eligbible for biometric reuse, later recieved another email to book appointement at UKVCAS
11. Date of biometrics enrolment - 03/08/2020
12. Date of approval - 06/08/2020
13. Date of return of passport and other documents - N/A
14. Date (new) leave to remain valid till - 22/09/2021
15. Date BRP received - Awaiting

Hi Raj,
i posted in the in-country time lines about my visa, have a look.

ya, i will not wait 6 years for appling ILR. Its just that why did they give a week less. My CoS end date mentioned was 27/09/2021. So i expect them to give visa untill 28th or atleast 27th, but they gave a week less. is there a specific reason for that. i thought its not randon choice but relates to the 6 year stay which will be 28th sept 2021 and the CoS.
