Tier 2 Gen to ILR Queries.

Dear Moderators,

I have a query regarding my ILR, can you please clarify.

I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT Established staff VISA in Feb 2012 then changed my VISA status to Tier 2 General "Leave To Remain" being inside the country in 2015. Tier 2 General "Leave to Remain" granted with issued date as 5th Oct 2015 however i joined my Tier 2 General sponser company only on 14th Dec 2015. However I was in UK working for my initial Tier 2 ICT sponser until 7th Dec 2015 then went to offshore for a week to complete leaving formalities then came back to UK on 12th Dec 2015 but my family(3 dependants) were in UK during that period.

My query is, when will i be eligible for ILR application? since my Tier 2 General Leave to Remain was granted on 5th Oct 2015 will i be eilgible from 7th Sep 2020(minus 28 days from 5th anniversary 5th Oct 2020)?
or
will i need calculate 5 years eligibility period from Tier 2 General sponsor join date 14th Dec 2015?
