Form AN and photo requirement

Hi:

I am working on the Naturalization application. Have question on the Photo requirement to be affixed on the referee form.
Couple of questions,
1. I assume it should follow the British passport photo requirement. is that right?
2. Is there any digital photo required for this application? When I followed the link to photo requirement there was a mention of digital photo. So confused.
3. In total there are two photos required to be affixed in each of the referee form. Please confirm.
