My question is, have you tried to/cancelled your visa because of coronavirus (COVID-19)?
What were your COVID-related reasons to cancel?
How long did it take to get a decision?
Did you get your money back?

I don't think you will ever get a definite answer because anyone's experience might not be accomplishable for you. Most frequently the riveting reason for some over scrupulous applicants who have committed some major errors/mistakes in the application are inclined towards doing it. And regarding refunds, they are automatic with no timeline. Most importantly an application must not be withdrawn where the expiry date has been passed as it would extirpate the section 3C from that point.
