I have recently Applied for Right of Abobe for my Child from from India , Once its Its Approved is there any time Limit to come to UK . I mean do i need to collect BRP Card here in UK with in a month .

No and No. There is no 'brp card' for RoA. It is only the visa vignette in the passport which expires when the passport does.
