Extending my wife PBS Dependent Visa -(Am holding ILR)

Hi All,

Am holding ILR(through Tier2) valid through 2024 Dec. My Wife is in UK and she is holding PBS dependent visa and it is expiring on Nov 2020. I would like to apply for extension of PBS dependent visa for my wife for another 3 years. I have below questions. Can you all please guide.

1. My Wife is completing 5 years in UK as PBS dependent on May 2021 and she will be eligible for ILR . So 7 months only left, but does she still need to pay 3 years IHS payment(£1200) for the above Nov 2020 PBS extension visa ?

2. As my wife is working, Am planning to use only my wife's savings account to show the funds. How much amount she need to show in her account for PBS dependent extension and how many months fund has to be in her account ?

3. Do I need to show my fund in my account also ? If so how much fund do I need to show and months ?

1. It is a 3 year extension and she has to pay IHS for 3 years. IHS fees increase in October.

2. Either your account or her account. £630 days held for 90 days with no dip in funds for the whole 90 days.
