I checked their visa type on ukba biometric card & ukba letter on last renewal, its shown as 'spouse/partner leave to remain' ( five year partner route).i also checked on the previous 2015 visa, its shown as partner/CP of me.
hope setm is correct form. pl can you confirm.
Set m is the correct form. There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.
You need 3 to 6 sources of evidence in both your names, for the last 2 years to prove cohabitation, speed evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

THere is a question on SETM form - How long have you lived in the UK?
Im applying for Spouse visa route ILR. My spouse have come to UK on 28Sep2015 and her 5 yrs would get complete by 28th Sep 2020.
As i can apply for ILR visa 28days in advance, should i need to provide the answer to the question as 4yrs & 11 months or 5yrs ? Pl help

Hi guys. In the OPs case, are we saying the period from 11 January 2018 till his spouse's renewal date (may 2018) will NOT be subject to the new absence rules?
