I checked their visa type on ukba biometric card & ukba letter on last renewal, its shown as 'spouse/partner leave to remain' ( five year partner route).i also checked on the previous 2015 visa, its shown as partner/CP of me.

Set m is the correct form. There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.

You need 3 to 6 sources of evidence in both your names, for the last 2 years to prove cohabitation, speed evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Im applying for Spouse visa route ILR. My spouse have come to UK on 28Sep2015 and her 5 yrs would get complete by 28th Sep 2020.
