Tier 2 Dependent Visa Extension If Main Applicant On ILR

Dear All,

Could you please suggest in the below situation:

I just got my ILR in January 2020 after completed 5 years on tier 2 general visa was assigned in 2015, my wife came in UK in July 2018 on tier 2 dependent visa and her visa is going to be expired by 05th Oct 2020. My questions are:

1- Which Visa shall i apply for her now? i was told to apply dependent tier 2 extension for another 3 years but how can i apply this please as i am no more on tier 2 visa and the company who sponsored me is going to be dissolved by end of December 2020 as well.

2- Does she need english language test?

1. Tier 2 dependent. The rules allow her to continue and apply for an extension as a tier 2 dependent. She is dependent on you not your previous tier 2 sponsor.

1- Has Mr XYZ been informed they are eligible for a Health and Care visa? I dont not know about this.

2-Is Mr XYZ's work in a shortage occupation? I have already got ILR and why they are asking this question? just to confrim please that i am on right application form.

3- What is the length of XYZ's Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)? what should i select please, more than 3 years or less than 3 years as this is due to expire in 2021 but my company is going to be dissolved by end of 2020.

4- Dont we need to enter COS number anywhere in this application?

5- whose bank statement do we need to send for maintenance proof? As my wife does not have any bank account then can i send my one.

Your link doesn't work. It is PBS dependent form you need.

1. Ignore it answer no.

2. It is based in your last cos you had before ilr. Simply answer the question.

3. It depends on the last cos you had. Nothing to with the employer or business.

4. Presumably yes.

Also, Could i get the advice on how many proofs of living togehter with partner need to be sent with the application of tier 2 dependent visa extension as in the application there is only mentioned, "documents showing you and your partner are living together (for example, a utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement)"
As we dont have any utility bill or council tax bill on our names. We just have bank statement on our name.

Secondly, Do i need to send my payslips or to show my income in the application or no please?

Two years evidence from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 5 months in both your names jointly or addressed to each of you individually.

No. You only need to prove 90 days maintenance funds.

Hi Guys,

Could anyone please help that i paid Health Surcharge for my wife on 7th Oct 20, i have received transaction confirmation email but i have not received a copy of IHS reference number, which i will need for immigration application, as they mentioned that i will be emailed a seperate email for IHS ref.number.

Kinly advise how long they take to send, as long as my experiance they send right after 2 to 5 minutes of transaction confirmation email.
