Dependants application for ILR

I hope you are OK. My question is regarding the dependants who came to UK under Tier 2. Because I came to UK before them, I will do ILR application earlier. The issue their visa will end before they complete 5 years of stay in the UK. My question is under which category should I extend their visa if I got the ILR, and if so, will they re start counting a new fresh five years if they applied under ILR dependants or they will complete what is remaining to complete 5 years of total stay in UK to be eligible to apply for ILR for them.

What date does their visa expire?

Are you applying for ILR based on 5 years tier 2?

Their visa issued in 3 /2017 and will end in 3/2021. I will apply after 5 years on Tier 2, but by this time their visa will end after they have 4 years of stay.

They apply for a tier 2 dependent visa extension. It will be a 3 year extension. They can apply for ilr when they meet the requirements.

But How could I do extension on tier 2 dependants while my COS will be expired by the time their visa ends? Is it possible in this case? I will not be able to issue a new COS because I will reach the limit of 6 years of stay and will do application of ILR earlier.

You do NOT need a CoS for a PBS Dependent extension. Your dependents are dependent on YOU not your tier 2 sponsor!!
