Tier 2 changing route to settlement

Post by Ramboin » Mon Sep 14, 2020 8:34 pm

Hi,
I just wondering if anyone can help me understand if there’s any route to settlement to give up tier 2 general and switch to another route.
I have already spent 2.5 years in tier 2 general route and don’t want to lose this period by switching to another route.
Please suggest. I appreciate your help.

Thanks
Ram

tier 1 student
There is no such visa. It is tier 4 student visa which doesn't lead to ILR based on 5 years residence.
and startup vis
Doesn't lead to ILR either.

The only route for you without losing your tier 2 general time is the Global Talent visa if you qualify and can get endorsement.
