Hey everybody, this question has been answered before however I think ny situation is different. I have a medical emergency, my teeth need urgebt medical attebtion, to fix them in the UK it would cost a fortube so I am flying out to Turkey. I have applied for Naturalisation in May, did my biometrics with UKVCAS on the 3rd of September.
From October 2019 until april 2020 I was out of the country for 87 days (2 trips) which leaves me with 3 days left on my travelling limit.
Can I travel outside the UK while my application is processed?
If my application is refused abd I would like to apply again will I be in trouble for being outside the country for over the limit as I will be going to Turkey for 12 days?
How does the 90 days work? Is it per calender year or does it start from the frist day you made your first trip and you calculate 12 nonths from then?
Can someone explain it in simple terms please.
I know that it is only important when I apply however my case is complex and I might be refused, so in case I send a reconsideration or reapply I would not want to have breached any immigration laws especially that my case is already complex and I do not wish to add any more issues.
Thank you
