Visa extension for dependants without COS

Hi,
My wife is on tier 2 visa, and completing 5 years in November. She can apply for ILR on 20th October. Myself and kids came 3 months late, and we are eligible to apply in January 22, 2021. Our visa will expire on 15th November 2020.
My wife won't get another COS as she is eligible for ILR. Any idea what is the process for me and my kids to stay till January?. How can we get a visa extension without a COS?
Can anyone with similar experience please help

You don't need a new CoS for a dependent extension!! Dependents are not dependent in the employer.

You simply apply for an extension on the pbs dependent form. It will be a 3 year extension. IHS fees increase in October.

You should only apply when your spouse applies for ILR or after they have ILR but you must apply before your visa expires. A PBS Dependent extension is a 3 year extension, you cannot apply for a shorter visa extension duration if your spouse is applying for ILR.

You cannot apply for an extension if your spouse does not apply for a) an extension or b) ILR.

Note that the IHS fees are increasing in October from £400 per year to £625 per year for adults and £470 for children under 18.
