Hi . This forum has always been so helpful . Can anyone please advice if a child born outside Uk came at the age of 4 now will be 14 years old and lived 10 years here Can apply for citizenship ? She is not on any visa right now .we parents got 10 year route visa on flr fp.thanks

Please do not post general questions in the FLR fp thread.

No, the child doesn't qualify. Form T is for children born WITHIN the UK and lived here till the age of 10.

You have to apply for FLR FP visa for the child, same as parents visa.
