Really hate the delay email. Just received one called “UKVI DELAY NOTICE” after biometric submission. So excited to see an email from HO and turned out to be this. I assume it means nothing, but wonder how long after this email people received decisions if anyone got the same email. This is the 2nd delay email I have received.
I got that email too this week. on the other thread i saw a couple of people got their decisions within 2 weeks after that due to covid delay email.

I would rather want HO to be silent, than this email, which made my blood pressure go high to sky and then dropped to the Earth.

It is a random and automatic email. There are people who received it even after they got their approval email and BRP delivered. I had my in-person bio on 12/09/20, still waiting and have not received any.

There is no connection between the generic system auto emails and HO working on your case.

Got my ILR BRP from my solicitor today...
Interesting points on BRP
No NI number on ILR BRP
BRP expires on 31-12-2024 we should either renew it or get BC by that time
No mention to cut the old Tier2 BRP into four pieces and send back...
Are all those who got BRP ILR doing that?

Renewing the card itself not the immigration status like renewing a driving license card

You should return it

Hi there,
I have 2 questions.
After attend biometric appointment, I still didn’t receive any biometric submission confirmation notification. What to do?
UKVCAS didn’t take my current BRP (expired). What to do next with this BRP?
Please let me know.
Kind regards,

1. You don't get a confirmation.
2. Ukcvas do NOT take your original brp!

Did you receive any email confirming the cancellation of appointment. I have logged into my ukvcas account and can see my appointment. I have an appointment tomorrow (1st Oct). I had checked with UKVCAS via twitter that they had sent all documents to UKVI on the same day of IDV app submission.

How many people are still waiting from March/April/May applicants? I'm a June applicant myself and this is getting ridiculous. Timeline thread and replies here seems to have trickled to naught as well. Is whole UKVI on holiday now?
As someone else mentioned before, please provide your feedback to the inspector here:

I'm April application and still waiting (Tier 2 extension). My case is very simple (same job). I am getting very nervous because I need this BRP to apply my ILR (elibgle to apply since beginning of august).

I am a June applicant as well, 22nd June SET (M), over a month ago submitted through IDV (28th August) and 2 weeks ago (15th Sept) in person appointment at Croydon, really hoping to get something soon
