FLR(M) When to Apply?

I'm quite confused over the dates to apply for my extension. My BRP dates are: 18/5/2018-1/3/2021 and my Visa vignette is: 1/6/2018-1/7/2018. Am I correct in calculating that I should apply on 3/11/2020?

Also, I read on here that someone put in a Home Office reference number from their first Visa and I've done the same and cannot seem to get back into the form to delete it. Is it okay that it's there or do I need to go through the whole thing again?

You can apply extension after 30 months minus 28 days from the time of arrival to uk.

If you can't find any home office reference number such as previous application reference number or any communication with them, then just provide the reference number showing on the BRP card.
