Global Talent Visa Application

Hello
Have established biz in the UK & Trading. I would like to apply for GTV -ET- Business Category. How should I plan the next step to apply for endorsement ? Should I enrol for accelerator route ? Where can i get the guidance to prepare the application for the endorsement body ?
