Incomplete application email

I submitted my application on 22nd and got an email today saying my application is incomplete. I have followed all steps with IHS and payments. Ive made an account on sopra steria. I didnt book appointment as Tier 4 applicants are advised not to book appointments.

What am I missing?

What is the exact wording of the email you received???

My wife submitted all her docs at Gerry Office along with biometric in early Sept. She received an email from visa office asking her to submit scan copy of Bank statement, TB test and proof of relationship via email.

I was surprised because she already provided all those docs to Gerry.

I have been told my few consultants in Pakistan, and most of the applicants are receiving such emails due to some technical prob with their system. There is nothing to worry about it.

I am wondering, if any one have been through this stage?

What is the exact wording of the email you received???

This is crucial. If the email was something about needing to complete the application by the time Tier 4 applications close on 5 October, that is likely be about a previous application, maybe one you started but abandoned on the online portal.

As you have not responded to the question, I assume you have realised this now.
