2 years visit visa

Hi,
My question is my parents got 2 years visitor visa, and it's expiring in Jan 2021, they could travel in 2019 due to health issues, but made plans coming this year in March, but due to covid couldn't visit.
So now they planning to come visit us mid October 2020, my question is will it be possible for them to come easily, as new local and national restrictions are taking place, because they will be living with us, we are family of four.
The immigration can question on why you visiting in this pandemic situation, where will you be staying etc.. as they are on visit visa.

I suspect if they are coming for a family visit, it should be okay. There are no restrictions on visitors coming to the UK (subject to isolation/following Covid guidelines) as far as I know so should be okay despite limitations on activity. My parents are planning on coming over in a month or so as well. They will be staying with us (spending time with us) so going to present that as the primary reason for visit. The only thing I am not sure on is them staying in your household (i.e. can they be considered part of your household etc.). Again, on the basis that the only location they will stay at is with you (at your house), this should be okay.

Yes they will be staying at my place, just read in news they are putting restrictions on over night stay on household. Its just confusion every where.

I guess what's worth finding out is if it is okay for a visitor (albeit from overseas) can become part of your household if they are only staying in your house for the duration of their visit to the UK.
