Maybe you mean Jan 2021, If so then yes you can apply under category B if will manage to find out a new job giving you at least £18600. Aside this, you can also use your cash saving and your partner's income too.raheelmalhi1983 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 12:16 amDear All,
My wife visa expiring in Jan 7, 2020 which FLR M.
I was working from March 1st 2020 till August 30th .
Pay received £11480 till week 23.
Now i am looking for a job which hopefully i will get soon.
My question is
If i get a job of 18600 or more before applying in january will i be able to fullfil the financial requirement under category B?
Thanks in advance for replying.
In that case without finding a new job by anyone of you, the criteria for the category B wont be fulfilled. Also, you both can combine your part time incomes provided the combined income will be at least £18600 at the date of application.raheelmalhi1983 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 8:40 pmThanks for your reply .
My partner also made £10500 in the current financial year but she have to leave the job due to some circumstances.
In total we both made almost £22000 but we both don’t have any job .
I was wondering is it one of us need £18600 per year job or we both can be part time and combine £18600 and apply under category B.
Secondly I don’t have cash savings .
If you couldnt locate any space/area and even unable to do so by tightly fitting in your own details along with hers detail then ideally attach a well expressed covering letter.raheelmalhi1983 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 6:58 pmDear ,
