ooops....I uploaded the whole passport as it was not clear for me if it is only the first page or the whole thing. Does it make any difference?

Dear All,
I do have couple of questions after submitting the MN1 application and biometrics for my children:

- Can they travel until a decision is made on their application? Knowing that there current BRP is still valid.

- I spotted after the submission of the biometrics that the UKVCAS changed my children name without informing me. However, I did contact them but again they did a mistake when they tried to correct their first mistake. I of-course contacted them for the second time to fix that. Will that affect the application? Do I need to raise that with the UKVI as well? Knowing that in the submitted application and all the documents, the names are written right.

Many thanks for the reply. Well, when I logged to the UKVCAS website after the appointment, I found them did that. No reason for me why they did that. It is a long name so by mistake they repeated again. For instance "Moal Shan Bhan" so the made it as "Moal Shan Bhan Shan Bhan".

Have you booked the UKVCAS appointment? Once you book, you get a booking confirmation in the email with the QR code. What name that has?

The booking had the right name, everything do have the right name. The change only occurs after the appointment.

Dear All,
I was submitting for the first British passport for my children. However, the following was required:
1) naturalisation or registration certificate
2) any current or expired passports from other countries that haven’t been cancelled
3) any court orders (for example that describe parental responsibility or residency arrangements)
4) If you don’t have parental responsibility, also send the following:
a signed and dated letter from the mother (or other person with parental responsibility) giving consent for the issue of the child’s new passport

For point (3), as I understood I will need to submit their birth certificate
For point (4), it is not clear for me, If I should write a letter for that or even if it is applied to me?

UK birth certificate is enough.
