ILR without LITUK due to Covid

Post by Penny81 » Sun Nov 29, 2020 3:33 pm

Hi

Hope someone can help.

We submitted an application for ILR in May however due to Covid we couldn’t complete LITUK and were advise to submit application and do test later. Husband can’t pass the test after many attempts. Where does this leave us we need to submit documents at appointment for biometrics in 2 weeks. Can we switch application to Flr-m

Thank you

Better not to wait for the outcome or the caseworker rather vary it into FLRM after enrolling your biometrics.

Within the time you have before biometrics, maybe you can try once again on the test.
Search in Google for life in uk test, select the one that has "web" in the name, there is a set of 15 questions and it is reported that if one try them all and go for test it is a high chance if not certainty of passing.
Check if you can get appointment and book test.
The above is of you think its worth it to give one more try.

As @amazonianX said, google “life in uk web test” and there are 15 EXAMS (not tests). If your husband only masters these 15 exams he will pass the test.

22 out of my 24 questions were from these tests. There are now 16 exams infact. Do practice all until you get them right
Good luck
