ILR Application for under 18 Please Help !!!!!

Hello all,

This is my first post on this forum so please if something is out of line do correct me and kindly point me in the right direction.

I am facing a dilemma to which I am unable to find an answer anywhere in the guidance for my situation.

The situation is as follows: I and my wife and eldest son have ILR which I made an application my self as it was straight forward and I used SET(O). I was the main applicant my wife and son were dependants. I submitted all went well and I was granted ILR for the three of us. We all had DLR 6 years route. I could not do it for my other 2 kids as I did not have enough money to apply for all of us.

The problem has arisen now when I have to apply for ILR for my other 2 children who are under 18 and I am using SET(O) but the form does not allow me to indicate that I am their sponsor and they are my dependants.

I have tried for days now but I cannot find out how to do this, unfortunately, I cannot afford a solicitor as I am disabled and unemployed so barely make ends meet.

I would humbly request if someone could point me in the right direction as to how do I go about doing this I would be extremely thankful.

This forum has helped me a lot in the past by just reading the different blogs and has guided me in a lot of matters. I would like to thank the Owners, Administrators, contributors for all their efforts and help they provide to the people who need it the most.

They apply in their own, each one applies on their own form as the main applicant and you simply fill in appropriately.

Thanks for your reply, the only issue I am having with filling in the SET(O) is that I cannot say anywhere in the application that I am their father. Or do I say all that in the Submission that goes with the application?
