Tier 2 general made redundant

Post by Pooja L » Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:55 pm

Hi Team,
I'm on Tier 2 General main visa since October 2018. This year in Feb I was made redundant, but yet to receive a curtailment letter. I haven't left the UK and looking for a new job sponsor. My queries are-
1. If I get sponsorship for new Skilled Worker visa, will my time spent on Tier 2 general for ILR get lost i.e. the ILR clock will restart?
2. As I'm not on payroll since March 20, but I'm legally staying in the UK - does this impacts my ILR status in 2023.i.e will these 10 months from March 20' till date will be counted in ILR days calculation?
