Hi Pooja,Pooja L wrote: ↑Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:55 pmHi Team,
I'm on Tier 2 General main visa since October 2018. This year in Feb I was made redundant, but yet to receive a curtailment letter. I haven't left the UK and looking for a new job sponsor. My queries are-
1. If I get sponsorship for new Skilled Worker visa, will my time spent on Tier 2 general for ILR get lost i.e. the ILR clock will restart?
2. As I'm not on payroll since March 20, but I'm legally staying in the UK - does this impacts my ILR status in 2023.i.e will these 10 months from March 20' till date will be counted in ILR days calculation?

[Yes i checked and it shows I have right to work with sponsor .In my situation my current sponsor stopped sponsoring me and made me redundant.I will need to find another sponsor or leave the country once my curtailment letter arrives ]
