Dependant visa process

Hi,

My spouse will be switching from Tier2 ICT Dependent to Skilled Worker visa. However, the company will only pay the charges for her and not for me as dependent. I want to know if her visa is being applied for 5 years and if I have to apply as a dependent, can I apply for 2 years? Or I have to apply for 5 years as well. Please suggest and please let me know the total charges as well.

You have to apply for 5 years. A dependent visa is always granted in line with the main applicants visa duration.

Do we need to take help of any consultancy to file application for skilled worker dependant visa or we can do it ourself? Is it easy to do it by self? What are the documents needed for the same pls?
