Tier 2 dependent visa work rights

Hello

Can someone please confirm if a UK Tier -2 dependent visa holder can work as a permanent Employee in a company along with taking part -time assignments . I am currently working as a permanent employee in a company and would like to know if I can take part time assignments in addition to my permanent job.

Any work is allowed except the Dr/dentist in training or as a sportsperson restrictions.
