NI application help

Hi

Has anyone tried filling in the online form for an NI number? Having some real problems and the local centre's are closed/not allowing face-to-face contact, so would mean a delay.

The form asks for the "country of nationality" for family member. When I put in "United Kingdom" (and all variants of this), it still gets rejected and the is highlighted in red as a "problem" before the form can be submitted.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Then why are you putting UK as country of NATIONALITY??

It is the person applying for NI nationality/citizenship.

The applicants details have already been entered. As per the OP, these details are for a family member. If I can get through to the helpline, I'll also try and clarify with them. Thanks.

So if the applicant is say, a Pakistan citizen, why are you puting united kingdom for nationality??
