IHS refund for NHS doctor

Hey all, earlier this year, Boris Johnson had announced that health care workers will be provided with IHS refund, and had asked to email them for the same.
I am a Doctor in NHS working on frontline, on a Tier 2 General visa since 3 years. I submitted multiple emails with my details and all payslips showing the proof of my work.
I haven't received any reply from them in the last 2 months. Has anyone got any insight into the same.

Did you apply online as the link below states?? Or just email??

Refunds are also only from 31st march 2020, not what has been paid prior to this. You only get 6 months back at a time and have to apply every 6 months.

Yes I used the link and I understand that you are paid just for 6months, but I haven't received any reply from them. As I am on a Tier2 general visa, it asks to email them.
I will try calling them again tomorrow.
I wanted to know if someone actually received any refunds.
