PBS visa Extension ( Main Applicant has Got ILR)

Hi Expert.

I got my ILR through tier 2 general 5 years route by Dec 2019.
My family has entered in to this country as tier 2 dependent visa on Dec 2018. Now their visa is expiring around 3rd week of Jan 2021.

Now i would like to know and advice on which link i need to apply for them to extend their visa.

Please treat this as urgent and let me know your inputs plz

Thanks for your quick reply. could you please confirm the below link which i need to apply and the below points.

… and have few below queries...

Q2). Is Mr XXX job comes under Shortage Occupation List?
My previous CoS has comes under SOC. My SOC code was 2139 and when I searched in UKVI with this SOC code it says that it's under Shortage Occupation list. So, can I say “Yes” to this or should i stay "NO"

Q3). Length of Certificate of Sponsorship grant?
Do I need to provide Length of my LAST CoS (i.e. 3 years) even though I am currently on ILR and not working for the same employer. I am doing freelancer job now.
