Escalated on 14/11/ 2020 after completion of standard 3 weeks processing time for Health and care visa, was told should receive an update in 10 working days, hopefully sooner since Health and care visa. Received no correspondence after this, so called again on 28/11/ 2020 to follow up- was told case has been passed to concerned department and they cannot re escalate for 30 working days.
In the meanwhile contacted MP on 09/11/2020, who has contacted HO on our behalf but has been told standard response time is 20 working days- no update since.
