I hope well
Just asking to 10 years route finish october 2021 i have got ilr and 1 years finish. I m overstay before i got visa 2011 october route now 10 years 2021 october
Can i apply september 2021 1 months before or i must apply when start visa october.

October 2021, once you have 10 years clean history.
