Federal Bureau of Revenue - Pakistan HMRC...

In essence I think the point being made they have not submitted a tax return to substantiate their earnings. Probably due to the tax year end or something?

Need more information as to the ties to the posters ties to their home country. Property, family etc

I would suggest you file your tax return with FBR for at least the latest year before applying for a UK visit visa. It is a strong document you can provide in support of your application.

If you were not a resident in Pakistan from 2010-2019, you did not have to file it anyways.

Also, if you are employed in PAK, I am assuming your tax will be deducted before the 120k PKR hits your account?

Thanks soo much... Also kindly advise me on as my basic salary 90k and 30k are the allowance. I only have to pay tax on basic salary as i know a bit.

I will definitely return the file for last year.

I have a very strong ties with my country as i am married and have 3 children. My rest family members are also in Pakistan, i don't have any property named on me. But my father has property on his name. I have 15lack bank balance in my account with 20lakh prize bonds. All this money i have saved while i worked in Kuwait for 9 years.
Kindly advise if i can improve it

For tax return you will have to contact an accountant or check the FBR’s website.

Are you applying UK visit visa for yourself alone? Or your family also?

What is the purpose of your UK trip?

I will be applying alone as my wife and kids are not satisfied to travel with me now due to epidamic situation.
My main purpose will be tourism and also my childhood friend who is British citizen will also join me during my visit. He will send a letter than he will join me during my visit but we will bear our expenses by ourselves. Means he will bear his expenses and i will bear mine.
I will be traveling in 1st week of May 2021.

If you apply alone without your immediate family, there are more chances to get accepted for a visit visa.

However, note, you still have to satisfy the CW that you have strong ties with Pakistan, family, bank balance, settled job, property etc, you have good chances.

I don’t think the UK will be open for visitors by May... and if it is you will spend the first 10 days in hotel quarantine at your own expense.
Perhaps postpone till next year.

Pakistan is not on the UK’s red list for now (no hotel quarantine). Pakistanis can travel to UK for now. Given close to 250M (stats show 220M but its more than that) population, the rate of infection is pretty low there and things are almost close to normal.
But obviously for now UK is in lockdown and stay at home order so anyone coming in UK for now has to stay home by law.

Looks like things will be much better by March/April in UK, given the vaccine roll out and transmission rates falling..I would say summers in UK would be a safer bet to travel.... booking a tour or private booking is entirely your choice... or you can get a tentative itinerary made from an authentic travel agent for your visa purpose... Obviously buying the ticket right out before visa approval would not be wise to do, in case the visa is refused (God forbid)...

For now, tentatively 8th March is set to be the start of easing lockdown.. schools might open first and then other economy will follow.. govt is set to announce the road map to easing lockdown on 22nd Feb so keep an eye on the news..
