ILR pending spouse FLR M

Dear members i am going to apply ilr LR in 1st week of December my current visa valid till march 2021 same as my spouse.

1st- If i don't get a reply on my application i will apply flrm for my spouse?

2nd- If i get refusal as i had curtailment issue in the past will my wife get refusal as well?

3rd- If refusal and then i go for appeal and win as Never received previous curtailment letter will they issue visa to my spouse as well or spouse need to apply again as well?

4th- What will be my spouse status in between my refusal and appeal?

Will be much appreciated if someone clarify these points


Oh lastly we have 2 years daughter as well currently tier 4 dependent will all above impact on her future mn1 registration.

3. Her refused application need to be appealed too
4. Section 3C will apply in case of lodging an in timely appeal.
