Tier 2 general visa (now skilled worker) processing timelines

Greetings.

I am wondering if anyone knows the current processing time for a tier 2 general visa end to end (from the time an offer is accepted by the employee to Cos to NARIC to Visa and BRP). My employer plans to use the fastest priority service. Any guidance would be helpful.
