SET(LR) APPLICATION DATE

hi there,

I hope you could answer the easy question which i could not find in any topic.

I would make an online application but not sure which date i should be using , my details as follow;

Visa approval date: 04.04.2011
First entry to UK : 11.04.2011

Based on 28 days application rule , should i take visa approval or first entry to calculate the 28 days for the online application?

Should not I apply for the bioimetric appointment date not earlier than one of these date?

I am assuming i can apply based on 04.04.2011 , so 07.03.2021 i can make my application , or should i wait until 14.03.2021 based on the entry date?
