Entry clearance Query: My child was in UK(Tier 2 dependent) and travelled to other country

Hi,

My daughter was in UK with Tier 2 dependent visa for 1 year and travelled to India(Indian citizen) 1 year ago. Now her visa is still valid for another 1 year, but more 1 year she was outside of UK and due to COVID circumstances she couldn’t travel.

1. Is there any problem for her in UK border entry clearance if she is coming back to UK now?

2. Is there any form, which I can fill to inform UK gov, due to COVID risk, she couldn’t travel and avoid impact to PR/ILR?
