MN1 - how to check status

Dear Moderators / Gurus,

I submitted MN1 for my UK born child on 14-Dec-20 and biometrics on 13-Jan-21.

I have seen couple of posts on MN1 thread that parents have received certificate for biometrics submitted on mid Jan timelines.

My questions are:
1. how we can check online whether MN1 is approved?

2. Is it received via post only? Courier or royal mail?

3. Seems nobody receives acknowledgement email - how someone is notified. For me this is important because mine is a gated flat system and not everyone can enter ( apart from royal mail) and just wondering whether the courier already delivered?

4. Any way to contact home office - any number, email please share.

Will I receive a text message from royal mail or by home office to track this certificate - day or time of delivery?

If I shift house in between, is there any way to update the address before delivery?

Any email address / web enquiry form / phone number to contact them?

Changing address will not be a good idea till you receive the certificate. You may update the address on the official UKVI website (google UKVI address change), but HO does not update that in 90% cases reported. Due to corona there are huge delays anyways. Last resort, if you do change address, update on the website, write a letter to HO AND then hope the address will be changed. Most importantly ALWAYS keep in contact with someone at your OLD address because 90% your certificate will be sent to the old address even if you update HO.
Usually no tracking is sent. You need to wait for the red man to knock and deliver the post.

Is there a published email address or contact number for HO to check the status of my application.

Such a pathetic system that not even a single email or text message regarding approval or dispatch is sent
